Custom Print
Custom print will go into production shortly after you place the order. You are assuming responsibility for reviewing the information you input. To review your design - view the PDF for accuracy and clarity. Note that when you place the order, you are approving the proof and your print job is sent to production. Changes cannot be made and these products are not available for return. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
Variable Product
Variable product is product that will be custom produced with personalization/Dealer name drop. Please note that the "Dealer Name" will be typeset on the product in the location shown in the image. If you prefer to use an actual logo, Click here! to place a custom order. You are assuming responsibility for reviewing the information you input for accuracy. Changes cannot be made and these products are not available for return. Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery.
Shipping Information
All orders for in stock merchandise that are placed before 12:00 PM central time will ship within 1-2 business days of receipt from Minneapolis, MN (USA). Orders placed after 12:00 PM central time will be considered an order for the next business day and will ship in 2-3 business days.
If you require expedited shipping, please select expedited from the drop down on the shipping information page. Expedited orders will ship 2-day air, orders placed by 12:00PM central time will ship in 1-2 business days.
International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Returns
Please contact customer service at CFRSupport@impactgroup.us to request a return. Please provide your order number, the item number, and quantity of the items you would like to return. Customer service will provide a RMA (return merchandise authorization) and will provide return shipping instructions. All returns will be accepted within 30 days from the original order date if a valid return authorization is provided by a customer service representative and the product is returned within two weeks of receiving the RMA. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all unused stock items and credit will be applied to the correct credit card.
Gift Cards
When checking out with a gift card; add items to your order as you normally would. When you’re ready to check out, proceed to the Checkout page. Populate the “Coupon Code” box with your unique code and click the green checkmark. If your gift card has been successfully redeemed you see the discount applied immediately.
